CPD 4 Health Innovation: This WRHIP supported organisation provides a unique opportunity for academics, industry and NHS professionals to access innovative CPD courses that offer the added benefit of networking in this area. 

NHS Procurement: Recognising that the majority of healthcare innovations will look to the NHS as their target market, we are building a picture of the NHS procurement landscape. This section will include further information on progress in this area including case studies. 

Innovation Tools: We are investigating tools to accelerate the technology development process, thereby accelerating the speed of innovations to market. Example tools include idea generation, decision making and patent landscaping, plus a whole lifecycle model called Accelerated Radical Innovation.

Proof of Concept Projects: Our 1.1 million Proof of Concept fund has been allocated among 32 collaborative projects in the region in order to develop innovative solutions to a wide range of healthcare issues. This section highlights some of these collaborations between healthcare practitioners, academics and industrial partners.
